Niall hits out at "abusive" fans
The One Direction lads aren't known for airing their opinions on social media.
But on Tuesday night, Niall Horan was clearly feeling riled up when he took to Twitter to blast a group of “abusive” fans.
The Irish singer said he’d been kept awake at night by their constant messages.
“For
the last two weeks I’ve been receiving messages off a group of fans,
they have drowned my phone in messages, keeping me awake at night but
the worst part is they have been nothing but abusive.
"Saying things you wouldn’t even believe about me and my family. And saying the worst things ever about my little nephew.

“Thank god I’m not the kind of person who thinks into stuff
like this. But I just think it’s crazy how we let people [get] away with
things like this. And the sad thing is as I tweet this they are in a
group chat laughing at me.”
After being inundated with supportive messages, he said people shouldn’t worry.

He continued: “Don’t worry about me. I’m the most carefree,
laid back person around. But I’m just signaling it because this s***e is
happening to others."
Meanwhile, the star is believed to be back
in the studio recording new material with songwriting royalty Wayne
Hector, who’s written for the likes of Westlife – and One Direction.
Niall’s
enjoying a break from music at the moment as One Direction are on
hiatus, but he hasn’t been able to totally give up on his craft.
Wayne
recently told the Daily Star: “We are writing together but he wants to
do it for himself and not other people at the moment.
“We have no
idea where we’ll end up. Niall wants to enjoy time off but he’s
introduced me to sports events. We went to a golfing thing with Rory
McIllroy and Alex Ferguson.”

Simon Cowell recently confessed that he's not sure if One Direction will EVER get back together.
The media mogul, who put the group together during X Factor in 2010, candidly opened up about the status of the group.
Simon's empire is estimated to be worth around $550m - with One Direction being at the heart of it all.
However the 56-year-old has confessed that he's still in the dark over whether the boys will ever get back together.
"I don’t know if it’s a hiatus or a break-up, to be honest,"
